Lying amidst grounds covering 3,500 m², this apartment complex is peacefully located near the tourist centre of the resort of Sunny Beach, which is situated beside the Black Sea. It is only 100 m to the fine sandy beach, while the lively centre of the town is some 500 m away and can be easily reached by public transport. There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex. Established in 2005, this hotel consists of 3 buildings and several accommodation units with varying numbers of beds. Amongst the hotel facilities count an air-conditioned foyer in the main building with 24-hour reception desk and a lift. The hotel also offers guests a small supermarket, shops, and a pleasant restaurant. Parking spaces are available for those arriving by car.
