San Salvatore San Salvatore Monastery offers split level suites in the old town of Chania, with views over the old harbour and the sea. Originally a Venetian monastery, this three storey building which contained the chapter house, dormitories, common areas and more, is a typical example of a medieval monastery with a cloister. All suites have been restored and offer modern facilities while preserving the Venetian touches such as beamed ceilings, pebble mosaic floors and thick stone walls.
